General Assembly

The General Assembly is the Association’s supreme body. It is made up of the member companies of USPI Geneva. It takes all important decisions connected with the running of the Association and the achievement of its objectives - each member has a vote when decisions are taken. The General Assembly holds at least one ordinary meeting per year in the first half of the year.

The General Assembly has the authority to:

Puce
Elect the members of the Committee;
Puce decide on the applications to join the Association;
Puce amend the Statutes; 
Puce adopt regulations to implement the Statutes and make them binding on its members;
Puce
deliver an opinion on any other matters submitted by the Committee.
