The aim of the Training Label, adopted in 2011, is to encourage members of the USPI Geneva to exert themselves in the provision of training, in particularly in the form of apprenticeships and vocational baccalaureates.
It is a voluntary programme in which members are free to participate. Only those members who fulfil the requirements as stated in the Training Label Regulation, and whose compliance is examined every year, are entitled to display the Training Label logo.
As a professional organisation, the USPI Geneva also wishes to encourage its members to guarantee high standards as well as the regular re-training of their employees in order to offer professional services of the best possible quality.
The Training Label thus provides added value for both employees and the agents’ clients alike.
The requirements relate to apprenticeships and vocational baccalaureates as well as to basic training and further and continuing training.
For 2015, the agencies listed may use the Training Label.
