USPI Geneva’s principal aim is to ensure that its members provide high quality professional services to their clients.
We require our members to meet stringent conditions and exacting standards. To this end, over the last few years, a number of self-regulatory measures have been drawn up and adopted. As a result, all our members must meet the Quality Label standards. They may also opt to comply with the Green Label, Brokers' Label and the Training Label.
USPI Geneva aims to promote the profession of real estate agent and broker in the broad sense and to foster ties between its members based on a spirit of collegiality, dignity and trust. With this aim in view, it has adopted the Code of Conduct for Real Estate Professionals together with the Regulations of the Supervisory Council of Real Estate Professionals – both these impose strict rules governing business management and behaviour. All the Association’s members have undertaken to observe them.
These standards mean that membership of USPI Geneva is the guarantee of genuine professionalism and excellence.
Our various interests and activities are set out in the Association’s activity report.
